almotamar.net - The Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadi Najad has on Thursday received a written message from president Ali Abdullah Saleh of Yemen related to brotherly relations between the two countries and peoples conveyed by the Yemeni foreign minister Dr Abubakr al-Qirbi who is visiting Iran.

The message affirmed the importance of cooperation among the region's states for solving regional and international issues and the work for unifying the Islamic rank in confrontation of the challenges threatening the Islamic nation. The meeting between the Yemeni foreign minister and the Iranian president on Thursday was attended the Yemeni ambassador to Tehran Jamal Abdullah al-Sallal.
