Almotamar.net - The Specialised Penal First Instance Court in Sana�a approved Monday imprisonment of defendants Taha al-Dhalee and Abdulillah al-Hakim, escapees from the prison of the capital intelligence administration, a sentence of one year imprisonment and imprisonment of Abdulmalik al-Dhalee for 8 months for smuggling them.

The verdict, read out by Judge Najib al-Qadiri, mentioned that the court considered the 8 months al-Dhalee spent in prison as enough period. Defendant Abdulmalik al-Dhalee preserved his right to appeal; and the prosecution presented an appeal of the verdict.
