almotamar.net - The parliament financial affairs committee has finalized a study of a draft; aw on funding rent without entering any amendments on the project presented by the government last December.

The law aims at encouraging the financing lease for providing necessary funds for the purposes of investment according to the general policy of the state and enhancement the banks and in the process of development, in addition to developing small and medium businesses.

The draft law is consisted of 31 articles distributed on seven fields organizing propriety of the origin, leasing, rights, obligations, contract of leasing, responsibility of concerned parties, registration, bankruptcy, termination of contract and punishments.
