Chairman of the Shoura Council Abdulaziz Abdulghani said the Council�s chairmanship body accepted 56 candidates from the general list and 14 representatives for the civil society organisations plus 5 candidates representing the private sector and 11 representing the woman sector.

The polling took place Sunday morning by 111 members of the Shoura Council to choose 21 nominees from the general list, three from the list of candidates of the civil society organisations, three from the private sector and three women candidates.
