almotamar.net - The Specialised Fist Instance Penal Court approved Monday imprisonment sentence against Ahmed Dahifallah al-Jalal for three years after he is condemned of an attempt to blast border marks between Yemen and Saudi Arabia.

The verdict stipulated condemnation of the defendant of placing highly explosive mines aimed at blowing up border posts between Yemen and Saudi Arabia at the area of al-Hassama, the district of al-Malaheet.

At the need of re sitting, attended by almotamar.net correspondent, the prosecution retained its right to appeal as well as the accused until presence of his lawyer.
