almotamar.net - Local authorities in the governorate of Rina, west Yemen, retained on Saturday a medium transport car carrying 30 sacks of dynamite bad and other 10 coils of explosives.

Director-general of the district of Al-Taam Shaief al-Raeni told almotamar.net the retained car was heading for the centre of the governorate for work in the governorate streets.

He pointed out that driver of the car and his comp[anion will be under custody until bringing official permit from the governorate authorities confirming the using of its shipment of dynamites in the works of roads being built in streets of the governorate districts.

The district official expected that the car will be sent today with company of policemen to the governorate to complete legal procedures about it.
