Almotamar.net - The Specialised Penal Court in Yemen on Tuesday sentenced two Palestinian nationals to death and gave a third one 9-year imprisonment after they were convicted of killing a Jordanian Palestinian and his Yemeni wife and her friend.

Judge Najib al-Qadiri issued the death sentence against Mohammed Salah al-Bahisi and his brother Bilal and convicted their younger brother Ibrahim for 8 years in prison as they have been convicted of killing Mohammed Khalil al-Makawi, his Yemeni wife Amna al-Raimi and her friend Warda al-Matari.

The general prosecution had in December 2005 accused the convicted of killing al-Malkawi, his wife and her friend and cut their heads and threw them in garbage barrel in Iran St. Their bodies were buried in Beit Zabtan area in the capital Sana�a as well as stealing 518 thousand riyals from their house.

The prosecution presented evidence that included confessions of the accused of their crime and the witness of their sister Asmaa who affirmed the commitment of the crime by her three brothers who threatened to kill her if she had reported on their crime.
