Almotamar Net - Secretary-General of the General Peoples Congress (GPC) Abdulqader Bajammal said Monday dialogue with opposition parties represented in parliament is presently at halt in order to take some rest and thinking in preparation for resuming it at later time. The GPC SG clarified that scarcity of dialogue between the GPC and the opposition parties usually creates some sensitivities and consequently there must be some deliberation sometimes through limited time intervals when all will take between rounds of dialogue.

Al-Ghad weekly quoted in its today issue the SG of the GPC as saying the committee emerged from dialogue has finished most of its tasks with little remaining to be done and to agree on it to be a program leading to the achievement of positive results of the dialogue.

Me. Bajammal made its clear that the GPC has other tasks to finish and preoccupied us adding "also our brothers in the opposition have their same own woes in addition the travel abroad of the chairman of the committee emerging from dialogue Dr Abdulwahab Mahmoud. The resumption of dialogue will be discussed after his return and after we end our party organizational preoccupations."
