almotamar.net - Number of Mahweet governorate inhabitants is scheduled to organize a mass demonstration on Saturday at the Sabeen Square in Sana'a demanding the application of justice regarding the martyrdom of Col. Ali Mahmoud Qasilah, director of criminal investigation in the governorate of Mareb who was assassinated late last month in an ambush set up by unidentified persons on his return to the city of Mareb.

Almotamar.net learned from sources that the demonstration will move from the Sabeen Square to the presidency building.

Funeral procession of the martyr Qasilah took place in Sana'a on the 3rd of this month and the minister of interior Dr Rashad al-Alimi, head of the central apparatus of the political security, the chief of staff for operations affairs at the ministry of defence, other high ranking army and security officials, a number of Mareb local council leaders, a number of MPs, the father and three sons of the martyr and many military commanders and friends took part in the funeral.
