almotamar.net - A Kuwaiti specialized real estate bulletin has recently revealed that Gulf, particularly Kuwaiti, Emirates and Saudi, real estate investments are invading Yemen after it has witnessed unprecedented noticeable boom. It indicated that Kuwaiti estate and tourist investments came in the third place next to Saudi and Emirates.

The bulletin, published by a Kuwaiti company specialized in real estate, added that the investment market in Yemen witnessed the beginning of this year noticeable recovery as a result of Gulf real estate influx since the late of last year. According to the Public Authority for Investments and Yemeni free zones, the Saudi estate and tourist investments in Yemen contributed greatly and noticeably to attracting Gulf and Arab investments to Yemen during the past two years.
