almotamar.net - Interior ministry civil defence units extinguished Saturday fire erupted in an electricity power transformer in the area of Dar Salam south of the capital Sana'a.

Director of civil defence at the ministry Col, Ismael Mohammed Abdullah told almotamar.net that units of fore brigades managed to put out blazing fires after sixty minutes of receiving report on an explosion of an electric transformer.

The incident caused the power cut in the area where the incident happened but the civil defence official confirmed there was no human injury or material damage caused by the blast.
