almotamar.net - Yemen's Foreign Minister Abu Bakr al-Qirbi announced Saturday that Yemen has recalled its ambassador to Libya and to Iran for consultations in the wake of information on external interference in Yemeni affairs.
Announcement of the FM on recalling the two ambassadors comes as confirmation of what was published the day before yesterday on summoning the two ambassadors.
Al-Qirbi told France Press agency that Yemen recalled its ambassadors in Libya and Iran to consult with them on information obtained by the government on external interference in Yemeni affairs regarding al-Houthi rebellion in Saada, north-west of Yemen.
Almotamar.net earlier quoted its sources the news of recalling the Yemeni ambassador to Libya Hussein Ali Hassan back home. The recalling decision came one day after people's demands for severing relations of Yemen with Libya and closing its embassy in Sana'a on the backdrop of accusing it of supporting the terrorist elements led by terrorist Abdulmalik al-Houthi in some areas of Saada.
