Almotamar.net - The Judicial Higher Council in Yemen approved in a meeting on Monday chaired by head of the Supreme Court the Judge Issam Abdulwahab al-Samawi lifting the immunity from two members of general prosecution for investigating them on charges of violating the law.

The council also appointed Judge Ali Atifa al-Maymouni head of the Hawf Court of First Instance in the governorate of Mahra and entrusted him with considering cases of gross penal cases put before the Ghada court of first instance as we;; as appointing the she Judge Anhar Abdulkhaliq head of Juvenile Court in the governorate of Hadramout and entrusted her with looking into cases of personal status in Mukallah first instance court pursuant to request from the minister of justice.

The council considered memorandum of the attorney general regarding convicted with special rights and have finished the sentence term. It entrusted the judicial inspection body at the ministry of justice to instruct execution judges in the courts to finish procedures of civil execution related to the criminal side speedily in accordance to provisions of the law.
