At the beginning of the court sitting chaired by Judge Radwan al-Nimr it listened to the final presentations of the general prosecution and the defence lawyer who demanded to retain the case for verdict.

The general prosecution accused Abdulrahman Ali al-Saafani of forging five official letters attributed to the president of the republic addressed to director general of education information at the ministry of education for receiving sums of money in addition to official letters addressed to the economic establishments to be paid amounts of money.

On the other hand the court condemned today the defendant Abdeh Rashid al-Udaini on charge of forging a secondary school certificate which he presented to the ministry of civil service and sentenced him for two years imprisonment.

The defendant worked two years for the Yemeni embassy in Nairobi with a false certificate
