In an interview to the Saudi Okadh newspaper published Sunday and about the reality of the Iranian intervention in the events of Saada the Yemeni prime minister said, "I have previously announced about the existence of some relation of Iran and Libya with what is happening in Saada. The deputy premier, interior minister clarified in a press conference on Thursday before the last that the Iranian support represented by embracing leaders of the rebellion by establishments of Qom and promotion for the terrorist acts in Iranian official media contradict the Iranian official affirmation that Iran is with Yemen's unity and stability." The prime minister has renewed the call for the "brothers in Iran to translate that keenness into a practical reality."

With regard to Libya Dr Mujawar said Yemen welcomed its clear stand and its condemnation of the rebellion and Yemen has asked it to use the money offered to some Yemeni personalities under various names, in favour of development in Yemen as that is more beneficial to the two countries and their common interests.

The Yemeni prime minister's renewal of his call to Iran regarding a stand towards the events in Saada comes after the visit to Yemen by the Iranian envoy and in coincidence with expected arrival in Yemen by another senior Iranian envoy carrying a message from the Iranian president Ahmade Najad to President Ali Abdullah Saleh.

The head of the Yemeni government assured the brothers in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Gulf that the Yemeni armed forces and security have imposed their control over all the areas in which the rebels exist in the governorate of Saada. He said "The rebels are falling down a group after another and the field operations are in their way to end and they are now suspended after the president announcement of suspending them for providing opportunity for some terrorist elements to lay down their weapons and surrender themselves to government forces.

In his interview with Okadh newspaper the prime minister also talked on issues related to Yemeni-Gulf relations
