Almotamar.net - Editor in chief and the managing editor of Annals newspaper Ali al-Jaradi and Abdulbasit al-Qaedi announced Sunday their resignation from the newspaper beginning from the next issue of the paper.

Announcement of the two colleagues resignation came a few days after al-Jared announced his resignation from his chairmanship of two committees affiliate to the Yemeni Journalists Syndicate Council.

At the time the reasons of resignation are still not clear al-Jaradi and al-Qaedi affirmed they have not taken their decision but after they have become certain that the newspaper will continue its media role in the Yemeni arena after accumulation of the years of success in which they have the honour of participating with the late Hamid Shahra and other staffers.

Al-Jaradi and al-Qaedi expressed their hope that sheikh Hamid bin Abdullah bin Hussein al-Ahmar to accept their resignation.
