Almotamar.net - A gas cylinder explosion in a house in Al-Jiraf area, north of Sana'a caused Thursday the injury of six members of a family among them children and a woman and demolition of large parts of their house.

Residents of the area told almotamar.net said the gas cylinder explosion happened in the house of an owner of a shop fore selling gas cylinders while he was changing a gas cylinder for a customer. Te incident injured him, his wife and four of his children all of whom were rushed to hospital in serious condition.

Residents of the areas added that the explosion that took place at 9 o'clock Thursday morning caused the demolition of one storey of his three -storey house.
