Bajammal added, in opening the second session of the local permanent committee of Aden governorate held Thursday, "Some of the parties we are conducting dialogue with want just the form of the political system whereas we, as a political party, focus on philosophy of the political system and it is the most suitable method of the political action in Yemen. There must be vitality in the realizing of future national accord possessing all concepts of national constants and not to go backwards as it is the goal of the parties that hesitate to dialogue and evade it and fabricate excuses."

In stressing enhancement of the role of the GPC position Bajammal said "We want to establish distinguished organisational experiment and we want a political and social party and concentration on effective leaderships of the GPC. We have to assess performance of the level of parliament members of the GPC bloc though measuring the public opinion about our MPs in preparation for the parliamentary elections in 2009."

Bajammal affirmed "we are experiencing a period of building and it is surrounded by those who try to impede the law and order. We have to work all of us for extinguishing the fire in Saada ignited by those who violated the law and order and violated the national constants."

The GPC secretary general also touched on the subject of amendments of the law of local authority, developing the electoral system and the democratic process, confirming the role of the GPC in enriching those laws. he also indicated the role of the woman and giving her all her rights and engaging her in the political, social and economic action out of the woman capability of taking part in the live and sincere participation in drawing up the aspired for future in line with the election platform of president Ali Abdullah Saleh, the leader of the GPC.

Bajammal criticised the pursuit adopted by the parties of the Joint Meeting (JMP) saying some of those parties have made themselves information apparatus for conveying news and offences through their media instruments without being aware that media offences harm the homeland and its sovereignty.
