Almotamar.net - Members of the General People's Congress (GPC) won majority of seats in elections of the administrative body of the chamber of commerce and industry that Yemen witnessed the past two days while the representatives of the Joint Meeting Parties (JMP) won only eight seats of Al-Dhalie chamber of commerce.
Results of those elections reflected the confidence the GPC entertains among the Yemeni sector of businessmen, as is the case among other segments of the people of Yemen.
Reliable sources ascribed failure of the JMP parties in achieving good results in elections of the chambers of commerce and industry to inability of the JMP and its failure in offering any encouraging example through which to gain trust of electors, whether in chambers of commerce elections or the presidential, local and parliamentary elections that are held in civil society establishments.
The sources pointed out that the parties of the JMP are sterile in their pursuit and thinking of their leaderships as well as having failing experiments in their dealing with the masses of people for gaining their confidence through polling boxes. They are parties which always search for illogical excuses to blame their failure and inability on others.
The sources believe those parties have to stop their unreasonable contention and not to continue in the wrong. They have to reconsider their approach and straighten their march and reform themselves I seeking for trust of the people who refuse their demagogic address and sterile philosophical theorization of their leaders that has become outdated and unable to digest facts of the reality and its variables.
