Almotamar.net - Almotamar.net learned that a new sound of dialogue between the General People's Congress (GPC) and the parties represented in the parliament will be resumed on Wednesday in translation of the cal made by President Ali Abdullah Saaleh to the parties in his address on the 17th National Day of Yemen reunification.
According sources the new meeting of dialogue is to be held at the Al-Mithaq Institute after agreement among the parties to resume sessions of dialogue that was suspended due to preoccupation of its parties in their internal organisation matters.
It is expected the parties will discuss the topic of signing the frame of issues of dialogue agreed on in previous period.
It is to be recalled that the dialogue between the political parties in Yemen came in response to an invitation from the ruling GPC party with the aim of reaching a national accord on many issues. The main of those issues are related to establishment a system of bi-cameral parliament, legal amendments adopted by the GPC especially pertaining to the local authority system in Yemen in the direction of electing governors and district heads in addition to draft amendments regarding political parties, the press and elections.
