Almotamar.net - An official source at the Yemeni interior ministry announced Wednesday that security men in the governorate of Mareb arrested a terrorist element wanted over the explosion happened in the capital and planting explosive charges in a number of the capital areas on 21 of last May.

The source added that one of the terrorist elements wanted in the backdrop of explosions was killed in exchange of fire with security forces after they chased them in the district of Sarawih in Mareb.

The capital Sana'a had in late May witnessed an explosion of an explosive charge planted in Al-Sailah area and caused the death of a child and injury of another. The interior minister said security apparatuses defused 5 explosive charges terrorists planted in different places of the cap [ital on the eve of celebrating the 17th National Day of reunification of Yemen.

The deputy premier, minister of interior said earlier his ministry would send a number of terrorist and sabotage elements arrested in Sana'a and some governorates to court next week.
