Almotamar.net - Following six days of fuss over announcement of naspress website, published by Annas private-sector weekly newspaper funded by the Islah opposition party in Yemen, and its apology for continuing its updating, al-shoura.net website of the Union of People's Forces Party announced decision to stop the website.

As the editorial management of naspress said halt of the site was for technical reasons the management of Al-Shoura.net announced that stopping updating the site was for force majeure.

Unlike the JMP attempts to give the subject of the two websites political dimensions, a sources at the JMP ascribed to almotamar.net the stop of the two websites to pure financial reasons having nothing to do with any political stances.

The sources mentioned that halt of the website of naspress came after Annas newspaper editor in chef announced his resignation which was said to be because of differences with brother of the late owner of the newspaper Hamid Shahra, a reason the latter has denied.

In the same context the sources said the stop of alshoura.net was because of stop of financial assistance to the site by the leadership of the party, specifically by leader of the party Ibrahim Al-Wazeer.
