Almotamar.net - Secretary General of the General People's Congress (GPC) Abdulqader Bajammal confirmed Thursday topic of dialogue between the GPC and the parties represented at the parliament are very clear and related to the political and constitutional reform, reform of the local authority and courses of democracy, whether concerning the law of press or law of elections and parties in addition to other subjects.

Bajammal said the GPC called for dialogue under a clear slogan so that it can be an opportunity for attaining future national accord, indicating that there are some trends inside the political parties and in their alliances do not want this dialogue. He said that can be noted through some media possessed by forces having no relationship with the parties but they allied with them and became promoting certain thought incompatible with ideologies, tactics and policies of those parties.

On propounding by some parties lately of injustice the population of the south were exposed to, Bajammal affirmed what is very strange is that those who deemed not only the Yemen Socialist Party as outside the Islamic religion are themselves who accused the people of the south with the same accusation and now they adopt the other stance. He called the attention that the question is a political one. He said they have to read all their previous statements and their earlier relations I order to realize that the people are aware of all that. He deemed that putting forward any topic related to the Yemeni unity is not a patriotic track and unacceptable.

In a statement to 26 September newspaper published today Bajammal sassed there are some who want to drive a wedge because dialogue will lead to make them on the margin and cause them to be lost inside their own parties. They want to play devastating role inside the dialogue. To follow up the internet one would notice such talk is not issued by the YSP but by someone claiming to be allied with it.
