President Saleh emphasised the importance of continuation of dialogue between the two parties as an ideal way for solving the differences and that each party should offer concessions to the other in the framework of full commitment to implementation of Mecca agreement as it is considered obligatory for both parties that signed it away from any adoption of pre stands and conditions and that is for the good and interest of the Palestinian people and their just cause.

The president said any concession by any of the parties is in interest of the Palestinian people as it is not acceptable that differences whatever they were to lead to shedding the Palestinian blood. He made it clear that authority should be looked at as loss rather than gain, calling the attention to goals and schemes of foreign forces that are hostile to interests of the Palestinian people through backing this party or that to serve goals of the Zionist occupation aimed at instigating differences and fighting among the Palestinians and harming their cause and rights.

President Saleh affirmed that Yemen will remain on the side of the Palestinian people supporting whatever that prevents bloodshed, healing rift, enhancement of fraternity and unity of the Palestinian national rank and supporting their struggle for restoration of their legitimate rights and establishment of their independent stet on their national soil with al-Quds as its capital.

Yemen on Friday expressed its great regret for the developments in the Palestinian arena as a result of continued differences and internal rift and warned against their grave dangers on interests of the Palestinian people, their rights and just cause.

An official source at the Yemeni foreign ministry was quoted in a statement as mentioning that Yemen was following up with concern the regrettable developments witnessed by the Palestinian arena, condemning resorting to violence and force for settling the Palestinian differences.
