Sheikh al-Awadhi told almotamar.net the agreement was made late last night. Accordingly al-Houthi and his followers will begin to leave the centres of their presence in the mountains of some districts and surrender their medium weapons to the committees set up at earlier time for this purpose.

The agreement will be carried out in two stages. The first stage includes al-Houthi followers handing over in areas of Dhahyan, Jaamalah, Raghafa and Sara of the district of Majs and also the areas where they take them as strongholds in the districts of Baqum and Qataer.

Yasser al-Awadhi considered commitment of al-Houthi and his followers to implement the agreement would encourage the committee to go ahead in work with an optimistic spirit.
