Almotamar.net - The Yemeni government approved Tuesday a draft presidential decree on establishing a Fund for reconstruction the affected areas in Saada. The Fund aims at effective contribution to development and reconstruction of areas damaged because of the destructive acts that some areas of Saada were exposed to in recent years.

In its weekly meeting on Tuesday chaired by prime minister Ali Mohammed Muyjawar the cabinet formed a committee headed by the minister for legal affairs and membership of ministers of local administration and finance to re-draft the presidential decree and consider remarks presented and to complete the legal procedures for it issuance.

The cabinet also formed a committee for evaluating the damage in some areas of Saada governorate in all population, development and services areas. The committee is will after that present a report on the results of evaluation, in addition to other requirements regarding housing, food, medicine and essential services.
