Almotamar.net - The Specialised Criminal Court decided in its sitting Saturday three years imprisonment of A, N. al-Saafani accused of forging signature of the president of the republic.

The Yemeni general prosecution had charged defendant al-Saafani of forging signature of the president on official memoranda addressed to the economic establishment for spending hid dues.

In a second session today the court, held under chairmanship of Judge Radhwan al-Nimr, decided to retain a case of 11 persons accused pf forging official documents related to the ministries of higher education and civil service until 20 October 2007 for issuing its sentences against them.
