Almotamar.net - The General People's Congress (GPC) strongly condemned Monday the terrorist event that targeted a tourist convoy in the governorate of Mareb and left a number of victims from foreign tourists and Yemeni citizens.

The General Secretariat of the GPC said those criminal acts reflected the deep-rooted criminal psychology of those who are deformed in their minds and thought and their behaviour as they are pushed by criminal instincts and are intentionally offending the Islamic religion and Muslims.

In its statement on Monday evening the GPC General Secretariat called on all political parties and organisations, civil society organisations and the citizens to join their forces against those criminals and to condemn the terrorist acts they perpetrate. The General secretariat also demanded the security authorities to hunt down those criminal elements and to deal with them with strong resolution in the manner eliminating terror and all forms of crime.
