Almotamar.net - Aden-A massive funeral proce3ssion was held in Aden Wednesday escorting the deceased struggler Mohammed Qaed Saif to his final resting place at the cemetery in Sairah district, the governorate of Aden.

At the forefront of the funeral procession was Mohammed Salem Basandwa, the advisor to the president of the republic, the governor of Aden Ahmed al-Kuhlani, the governor of Lahj Abdulwahab al-Durrah and a number of leading officials of the local authority in the governorate.

The deceased, born in 1933, was one of the outstanding strugglers of the Yemeni revolution and died in Beirut last Sunday of a heart attack. During his life the deceased assumed prominent political and diplomatic posts, one of them ambassador of Yemen to Italy. 1964-1968.
