Almotamar Net - The Specialised Criminal Court decided Wednesday postponement of it trial of 15 defendants (the second  Houthi Sanaa cell) until 18 of this month to enable the prosecution to present evidential proofs and informing  the defendant Muna Ali Zaid 39 who is released on bail.

Almotamar.net - The Specialised Criminal Court decided Wednesday postponement of it trial of 15 defendants (the second Houthi Sana'a cell) until 18 of this month to enable the prosecution to present evidential proofs and informing the defendant Muna Ali Zaid 39 who is released on bail.

The court also decided in its sitting chaired by Judge Najib al-Qadiri, head of the court, the release of defendant Saadah and to allow the defence to have photocopy of the case file.

Representative of the prosecution Saeed al-A'aqil presented in the sitting declaration of the accusation that included that the defendants from the first to the 12th have participated in an armed gang to perpetrate criminal acts and prepared their plans with the intention of killing, and sabotage and exposing safety and security of the society to danger.

The prosecution representative indicate that the defendants in the case have equipped themselves with necessary things for implementing their plot such as weapons, explosives, poisonous substances, secret inks, communications devices, amounts of money and publications and recordings.

The accusation declaration also mentioned that they have distributed their roles for targeting camps and security units through putting poisons in drinking water tanks, attacking vital installations and means of transport by using explosive charges detonated by remote control devices.

The prosecution accused the thirteenth and fourteenth defendants of possessing explosives and trading with them without license.
The fifteenth defendant Saadah Saleh Khamees was accused of hiding the first defendant Jaafar al-Marhabi despite her knowledge he was wanted by security and also hiding an amount of SR 4 thousand and six hundred the said defendant had gained from a crime he had committed.

The prosecution demanded they should be given the severest punishment according to article 103 and article 221 criminal measures.
