Almotamar Net - Twin Siamese children were born in a late hour of Monday at Al-Jumhuri Hospital in Taiz with their heads joined together, one of them died after transferring them to a;-Suwaidi Hospital. 

Almotamar.net - Twin Siamese children were born in a late hour of Monday at Al-Jumhuri Hospital in Taiz with their heads joined together, one of them died after transferring them to a;-Suwaidi Hospital.

Head of the premature children department at the hospital Dr Ahmed Abdulraqib told almotamar.net the hosp [ital received Monday two newly-born children with adhered heads. They were born in a caesarean operation made at Al-Jumhuri Hospital and the condition of one of them was very bad and died the moment of its arrival.

The doctor added Al-Thawra Hospital was informed the case and it sent a Chinese surgeon to examine the two children and he requested to make examinations and x-ray for making surgical operation to disjoin the twin at Al-Thawra hosp[ital. in case he succeeded in that it would be a great success for him in complicated surgical operations.

Father of the children told almotamar.net he took his wife to Al-Jumhuri hospital Sunday evening where she gave birth to two Siamese children.
The father added he discovered through subjecting the mother to medical examination that the two children were joined at the head area and tried for her abortion but failed. Doctors say the adherence of the two children is at the brain area and it is very sensitive case.
