Almotamar.net - President Ali Abdullah Saleh announced Wednesday Yemen's intention for building a national establishment for rendering care for youth innovators in Yemen.

That announcement came in the president's address to the ceremony of inaugurating youth summer centres and camps today organised by the higher committee for summer centres in which more than 5 thousand youths of both genders from different Yemeni governorates have taken part.

The president urged in his speech the ministries of education, youth and sport, endowments, culture and vocational training to enhance t patriotic spirit and values of national loyalty in the souls of the youth. He said they should do that through lecturing and enlightening programmes to safeguard the youth and young girls against the rancourous and prejudiced and those with sick minds. He focused that the government and relevant sides render for the youth special care and attention.

The president said "We attach great hope to the youth, the youth of development, security and stability. Only little is left of remains of the imamate clerical and the despotic colonialist regimes and these are now the youth of the revolution, unity, freedom and democracy which they love and will defend with their dear blood as they have defended their national unity during the attempt of apostasy and secessionism in 1994."

The president added "Our people pin great expectations on the youth because they are the most important pillars of development, security and stability and they are the generation that adores science and tolerance and their minds are free from the complexities of the past and its residues."
The president said" The great Yemeni people have paid high price for the wrong education that was given in the summer centres held away from law and order. Those centres were dependent on wrong mobilization and what happened in Saada was a result of the wrong education and mobilization of those summer centres, | indicating that the government centres contribute to strengthen the spirit of national affiliation and enhancement of the values of integration among the sons of the one homeland in addition to their contribution to develop innovations and talents and abilities of the youth in all fields.

President Saleh also urged the government to speed up drawing up a mechanism for implementing what remains of the presidential election platform concerning the youth in a specified time limit, including distribution of plots and arable lands besides the carrying out of the rest of the program goals. He said that much of the programme has been carried out with regard to independence of judiciary, formation of the national committee for fighting corruption and the public authority for bids and tenders and others. The president said "We fight corruption by the clean and courageous youth who are free from complexities and hatred and such youth is the pillar of the future."

The president said "What happened in Mareb is a condemned crime by all the people regardless their political affiliations and also condemned by the Arab and Islamic world and by the international community." He said "I have heard the statement of the UN security council condemning such events that victimize the innocent by blasting car bombs in addition to the heavy losses they inflict on the national economy and are negatively reflected on the development in the country in general and offend Yemen's reputation." The president said those who perpetrate these acts are agents to Zionism and colonization. Zionism has recruited them during the Soviet Union presence in Afghanistan to fight it and communism at that time. Those agents have now returned to deal blows to interests of their homeland and they do not understand anything of Islam and they are ignorant and killers.

He also called on the people everywhere and the inhabitants of Mareb in particular to cleanse their governorate of those traitors and to arrest them. He said the sons of the homeland would avenge from those for their offense to the homeland and for their deformation of its reputation.

The president concluded his address by wishing the summer centres success and urged the concerned parties in the state to do their duties in offering care to the youth in all fields.
