Almotmar.net - A security source told almotamar.net Friday that police forces discovered a criminal network specialised in stealing cabs and kill its driver.

He source said the discovery of the network came when policemen found the day before yesterday a dead body of a driver inside a cab on the airport street and was leaned later the taxi was hired by four persons.

The source added that examination of the corpse revealed he was severely hit with a steel rod on the head. Investigations also led to connection of the crime with a series of other crimes committed against other taxi drivers in the capital following the same criminal method.

The police source indicated that police is still following traces of the crime but declined to disclose more details.
