Almotamar.net - Spokesman for the committee charged with supervising implementation of Saada agreement said the committee met Friday Abdulmalik al-Houthi for the first time since it has begun its work out of its keenness on carrying out the agreement.

The spokesman Sheikh Yasser al-Awadhi told almotamar.net the meeting came at a luncheon invitation given by al-Houthi. He added that during the meeting the committee affirmed its keenness on the success of the agreement out of its national and historical responsibility in addition to President Ali Abdullah Saleh's directives out it to have patience and to attempt the use of all possible ways and means to guarantee implementation of the agreement.

Al-Awadhi added said the committee reiterated its demands for a programme to finish carrying out the remaining articles of the agreement, adding" the meeting was positive and al-Houthi confirmed his commitment to the agreement and welcome of his meeting with the committee. "Al-Awadhi considered that al-Houthi commitment to completing implementation of the agreement as to prepare the climate for ending the sedition and beginning of the process of reconstruction in the areas that were damaged because of the sedition events.

It is scheduled that in the next few day a republican decree will be issued dealing with the establishment of the Fund for Reconstruction and Development in Saada.
