almotamar.net - Deputy speaker of the parliament told members of parliament Sunday that Monday session will be allocated to listening to government letters on amendments of laws.

A parliamentary source told almotamar.net that most of the draft amendments are pertaining to texts in laws aimed at removing discrimination against the woman. Among the laws intended to be presenting amendments on them are the laws of personal status, the punishments, criminal procedures and diplomatic career. In addition there will be the parliament listening to the government letters on a draft law of establishments of bank deposits guarantee and the law of social care.

The parliament has continued today reviewing of the closing accounts of public budgets of the year 2005. The review was attended by ministers of finance, fish wealth, agriculture and irrigation and state minister for parliament and shoura council affairs.
