almotamar-net - Cairo- The Arab Labor Organization has called on its members in Arab businessmen organizations to withdraw their investments from the countries which offend Islam and its sanctities.
The Cairo-based organization said, in a statement issued today, that it made many contacts and consultations with the Arab Labor Unions Federation to look into the case of the defamation of prophet Mohammed and to boycott all Danish products available in Arab markets. All the organization's employees and officials have strongly condemned and incriminated the offensive images and caricatures published by a Danish newspaper in which prophet Mohammed and Islam as a whole are lampooned under the pretext of freedom of speech. The organization called on the Danish government to fully assume its responsibility and inflict the harshest penalties on those involved in the vilification of Islam and its prophet.
