almotamar.net - Deputy Chairman of the General People's Congress (GPC) Commission for Organisation and Financial Inspection of the General Secretariat of the GPC Dr Awadh Bashrahil on Wednesday chaired a plenary meeting of Saada governorate leaders of the GPC, directors general of the local council and heads and members of the administrative bodies of the local councils.

The meeting discussed organisation issues and mechanism of revitalising the GPC organisation work. The GPC official pointed out that the process of field visit aims at assessing performance of the governorate GPC branches and to get acquainted with problems and aspects of failure in order to tackle them. He also stressed the importance of carrying out organisational reforms that began from the general secretariat as they are part of the implementation of directives of the leader of the GPC party under the reforms of the party's internal reforms.

Basharhil affirmed the necessity of holding a symposium for discussing the president of the republic's initiative and its contents of political, democratic and economic reforms serving the citizen and the homeland and to be discussed by all leaderships of the GPC and information on their importance. He stressed on the process of contacts and communication and creation of strong relations between the executive leaderships and leaderships of the GPC in the districts.
