The accused al-Mutawakil works for the Ministry of Legal Affair and had perverted the constitutional oath during his printing it.

The verdict stipulated on not accepting defence of the defendant lawyer and the charge was being proved on him and condemned for it and was sentenced to 2-year in prison.

The prosecution accused the defendant of the charge of perverting the constitutional oath sworn by president of the republic, his deputy, members of parliament and head and members of the cabinet as well as chairman and members of the Shoura Council.
