almotamar.net - Specialised Criminal Court condemned Sunday defendants Saleh Hassan Jraidan and Aidha Mohammed a;-Qahtani on charges of hiding escapee convicted persons accused of being affiliated to al-Qaeda organisation in Yemen. The convicted persons escaped from the Political Security Prison and they are Nasser al-Wahishi, Hamza al-Qaeeti and Qassem al-Raimi.

The verdict issued in the court session on Sunday chaired by Judge Ridwan al-Nimr stipulated imprisonment for one year of the defendants with suspension for the remaining period of the sentence.

On the other hand the court condemned defendants Hussein Askar Abu Ulba and Hamid Yahya Jaal on charges of highway robbery and killing, giving the first one five years imprisonment and three yeas for the second.
