almotamar.net - The Japanese government has Sunday offered an $ 80239 to the Health Office in Udain district, Ibb governorate to support the project for improvement of health services in the district. The grant is part of the Japanese programme called "Grants offered to Human security Projects"

The Health Office of the district would build with the grant a health unit in the northern par of the district where some health services are not available. The Office would also buy medical equipment for the care of maternity and childhood in the hospital of Udain.

The Japanese programme aims at supporting private small projects in the area of human necessary needs in the developing courtiers such as education, primary medical care and countryside water supply.

The grant agreement was signed in Sana'a Sunday by the Japanese ambassador to Yemen and the director of the Health Office in the Udain district.
