Almotamar.net - Yemen and Turkey signed in Ankara Monday evening five agreements and protocols of cooperation included a protocol on cooperation between the foreign ministries of the two countries signed by both countries foreign ministers and four agreements of cooperation in areas of transport, agriculture, culture and health signed on the Yemeni side by the minister of industry and trade Dr Yahya al-Mutawakil and for the Turkish side by the prime minister.
Signing of agreements came after conclusion of talks meeting this evening in Ankara between the Yemeni President Ali Abdullah Saleh and the Turkish President Abdullah Gul.
In their meeting the two leaders discussed issues related to aspects of enhancing the brotherly relations and horizons of developing and expanding them especially in the economic, trade and investment areas.
The two leaders talks were attended for the Yemeni side by ministers of foreign affairs and industry and trade, secretary general of the presidency, head of investment authority, head of the free zone in Aden and Yemen's ambassador to Turkey and for the Turkish side it was attended by deputy premier minister of state for economic affairs, the foreign minister, advisor to the foreign minister, the foreign undersecretary and the Turkish ambassador to Yemen.
