Almotamar.net - A Bahraini company intends to ally with two Saudi companies to build new real estate and tourist projects in Yemen. Chairwoman of the board of directors of the Bahraini Riyada Group Sheikha Dhiyaa Bint Ibrahim Issa Al Khalifa clarified she is studying construction of projects presented at the Tourist and Estate Investment Conference held in Hadramout by the end of last March.

Sheikha Dhiyaa also said the studying includes entering in partnership in implementing projects in alliance with two Saudi real estates companies belonging to Eng. Abdullah Baqshan and Sheikh Abdullah Bahamdan in Hadramout and the city of Ibb and Socotra Archipelago Island.

According to the consultative team of Riyada Group of Bahrain the group is studying investing more than $100 million A first phase for implementation of joint projects with Saudi companies after carrying out the economic feasibility of a number of estate and tourist and agricultural projects as well as projects of communications.
