The Yemeni Foreign Minister said the message he to the Emir of Qatar from the President of the Republic was dealing with bilateral relations and the role Qatar is playing in the development programme in Yemen. It also deals with the issue of the Qatari mediation on developments of situations in Saada as well as the Yemeni relations with the GCC and Arab and regional issues.

Dr al-Qirbi, in an interview published in the Qatari Al-Raya newspaper, called for the necessity of dealing with caution concerning the news leaked from time to time about the crisis of Saada. Meanwhile the minister stressed that Yemen has conviction on the importance of the Qatari initiative and possibility of its success despite of difficulties in execution, considering that as inevitable that may face any mediation.
