Almotamar.net - The General People’s Congress (GPC) General Committee is to hold a meeting on Thursday to be presided by President Ali Abdullah Saleh, the leader of the party in which to discuss the GPC’s election plan on the election of governors of provinces to be held in Yemen on May 17.

The meeting will also review a report on results of field visits by governorates supervisors carried out last week.

It is also scheduled that the meeting will approve names of the GPC’s candidates for election of governors in the governorates and mayor of the capital.
