almotamar.net - The Media Women Forum (MWF), in cooperation with SIPE, organizes a training course on news and economic analysis, targeting 30 journalists (both males and females) from different governorates.
In its statement, the MWF states that the training course aims to help journalists know how to write economic reports in a professional manner.

The training course will also enable journalists to get information from the Internet, provide sufficient space for economy-related information useful for youths, and to document latest world news and its influence on the local economy.

This course is part of training activities to develop participants' journalistic skills, especially as media lacks strong economic press.

Moreover, the MWF focuses on a specialized professional economic journalism as there are no local training centers concerned with such journalism.

Editor-in-chief of Economy and Markets newspaper and economic analyst Hamoud Al-Bokhaiti, Salem Wahbi, economic editor at Al-Ahram newspaper, and Noah Segel, commercial attach in the American Embassy in Yemen, will train participants during the course.
