Almotamar Net - East Capital Court in Sana’a decided Monday to punish the Antiquities Authority with a fine amounting to YR10 thousand fro not attending the sitting during its sitting today for trying a French person accused of possessing Yemeni antiquity pieces. The Court has also decided to send 32 antiquity pieces seized in the case to Archaeology Department at the College of Arts, University of Sana�a so that to set up a committee, including an expert from the French embassy in Yemen, to examine the pieces and to send a report to the court about them.

The court decided to postpone considering the case to 2 June 2008.
