almotamar.net - Head of the information office of the General People�s Congress (GPC) has explained that the GPC had yesterday given the Supreme Commission for elections and Referendum five copies of the platform of its candidate to the presidential elections in addition of a copy on a CD.

In a statement to the motamarnet Mr Tariq al-Shami said that came in a commitment by the GPC to the election law and its executive regulation and the directory of election propaganda related to presidential elections
Mr al-Shami has made it clear that that the directory defines the rules, principles and controls that govern the electoral propaganda and regulate the rights and duties of the candidates during their practice of their right to election propaganda.
Article 44 of election propaganda directory dictates on each candidate to deposit five copies of his written text of his platform, to be recorded in the broadcasting station and television, with the information sector, in addition to another copy recorded on a CD. This process should be done at a time of at least seven days of the date of recording.
