Almotamar.net - Sana'a, 29 May- Security sources said Thursday that security authorities in Yemen were able to seize a terrorist cell composed of 11 members affiliated to al-Qaeda Organisation.
The source added that investigation with members of the cell captured in the capital in the past days disclosed important information related to terrorist acts perpetrated by al-Qaeda elements.
26 September newspaper quoted the source as saying that Dr Rashad al-Alimi, the Deputy Premier for Defence and Security Affairs will shortly hold a press conference where he will reveal more information about this cell's elements in addition to a number of security issues. Among the security issues there will be information on progress of operations carried out against the outlaw elements of sedition and insurgency in some districts of Saada governorate.
