Almotamar Net - The Yemeni First Instance Court in the city of Amran on Tuesday fixed the sate of next Saturday to issue its sentence in the case of gross crime in which defendant Abdulillah Saleh Zaid al-Quhal is accused of killing worshipper in a mosque there. In today's sitting of the court chaired by its head Judge Abdulbari Abdullah Uqbah the attorney general presented file of the final statement on the case that included fixing date of judgment and infliction of the utmost punishment on the defendant for his crime.

The defendant lawyer requested from the court to let hid client be checked by a psychiatrist to define his health and psychological condition, depending in that on testimonies of 15 witnesses whose sayings were written in minutes of evidence included in the defence file presented to the court at previous sittings.
