Almotamar.net - The governor of Saada province Hassan Manaa affirmed Saturday the return of approximately 70% of the migrants during the past few days to their villages and areas, in a sign of the return of atmospheres of security and stability to the areas that were scenes of sabotage acts resulting from the sedition.

He considered the return of security and stability to those areas as a major factor for supplying the citizens with all services and developmental projects and reconstruction of the villages, houses and areas damaged by the war.

This coincides with beginning of work of the special committee, chaired by the Minister of Local Administration Abdulqaser Hillal, on determining the damage resulted from sabotage acts inflicted on some areas of Saada because of the rebellion.

The special committee held a meeting with the governor and members of the local council and members of the executive bureau to discuss needs of the damaged areas and requirements of development in all areas as well as the level of implementation of services and development projects included in the investment programme of the governorate and the general state budget for the year 2008.
